Alpha
Alpha is an opportunity to explore the meaning of life in a relaxed, friendly setting. This 8 week course is designed to investigate the various claims of Christianity and answer those daunting questions about God and the world today.
Each session people enjoy great food, laughter and learning in a fun and friendly atmosphere where no question about life and God is seen as too simple or too hostile...questions like-Is there a God? Why am I here? Where did I come from? Where am I going?
This course is ideal for those who have not yet made up their mind about their faith; new Christians; and anyone who wants to learn!Some of the topics covered include:
- Christianity: boring, untrue, or irrelevant?
- Who Is Jesus? Why Did Jesus Die?
- How can I be sure of my faith?
- and many more!
Childcare is also available for those who preregister.

Campus Alpha
The Alpha course is an opportunity for anyone to explore the Christian faith and ask their questions in a relaxed, non-threatening environment, over 10 thought-provoking weekly sessions. Each evening session begins with supper, followed by a video lesson and then small-group discussion.
Everyone is welcome on an Alpha course and people attend for a wide variety of reasons. Some want to investigate whether God exists and if there is any point to life; others are concerned about what happens after death. Still others may have attended church on and off all their lives but feel they have never really understood the basics of the Christian faith.
Whether you come to Alpha out of curiosity, to meet other Christians, or just for something to do, come and check it out. You’ve got nothing to lose. It’s free and you get fed...what more could you ask for? Register Now!

Alpha in the Pub is an opportunity for young professionals to ask the questions of life in a relaxed, friendly setting. The course meets every Wednesday evening for 7 weeks in the Whyte Ave area.
Each session, people enjoy laughter, learning, and light snacks in a fun and friendly atmosphere where no question about life or God is seen as too simple or too hostile... questions like:
- Is there a God?
- Why am I here?
- Where did I come from?
- Where am I going?
