Baptism Sunday
Church on 99 has baptism services on Sundays approximately once a month. These services are an opportunity for our church family to celebrate the power and love of God as believers move from spiritual death to spiritual life.
We believe that baptism is an important step of obedience for every Christ follower. We also know that people often have questions regarding baptism. Who should be baptized? Why should I be baptized? If I have already been baptized, do I have to do it again? Does it matter if you are sprinkled or immersed?
Our Discovering First Steps Class addresses these questions and many others. And we invite you to join us for this four week class which starts on the first Sunday of every month.
If you would like to be baptized, please follow these steps:
• Register for and attend the Discovering First Steps Course. All of our classes meet at 10:10 am and 4:45pm in the main boardroom starting on the first Sunday of each month.
• When you attend the Discovering First Steps Course, you'll be given an opportunity to sign-up for a time slot to film your testimony. Speak to your course leader for more details.
• Read about making your video. At Church on 99, we ask every baptism candidate to allow us to capture their spiritual journey on video. We believe that sharing your story in this way will be a powerful testimony to others of God's grace in your life. (See MyStory)
• Invite your friends and family to join with you as we celebrate this important step of faith.
